Overview: As part of the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration (CCR) Communications & Marketing team, this position will support both communications and marketing deliverables. This role will have responsibility for managing the branding of the company and helping to conceptualize graphic representations of products, solutions, and services. This individual will also work closely with our regional/country teams for local communication support and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates meticulous design acumen and strong organizational skills. S/he must be a self-starter and possess tactical, creative and deadline-driven capabilities, with a track record of success across rapidly changing priorities. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of digital content across various platforms, with a focus on generating LinkedIn content, creating visuals for the content, and scheduling posts; Coordinate with Project Managers, Graphic designers, digital specialist and agencies to support content updates on the website and assist in the creation of brochures, booklets, and digital assets; Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and other internal communication initiatives; Maintain and update communication calendars and project timelines; Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts; Provide administrative support to the Global Integrated Communications Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication records; Act as the intermediary between Project Managers and the legal team to assist with trademarking and other branding approval; Support regional/country teams by offering counsel and hands-on support. Provide credible expertise, relevant insights and efficient solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications or Ausbildung in Public Relations, business administration or Marketing, or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a corporate environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing software, content management systems). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
