Project: Streaming Channel Title: Customer Service Language Requirement: French Start Date: November 20, 2024 Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must already reside in Portugal) Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 7 AM to 9 PM (365 days a year) Days Off: 2 Days Rotational What You`ll Do: As the first point of contact for our viewers, you'll be a critical brand ambassador, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Your enthusiasm will shine through as you address customer needs and deliver exceptional support!
Customer Interaction: Assist viewers through phone, chat, and email, responding to a variety of queries and concerns.
Technical Support: Provide account and application assistance, focusing on software functionality and troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
Real-Time Solutions: Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries while keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
What We Offer: Base Salary: 895 EUR per month (paid 14 times a year) KPI Bonus: 100 EUR paid annually Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month Who You Are: Language Skills: Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating software and troubleshooting technical issues.

Detail-Oriented: Able to keep accurate records and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
