What You'll Do: Provide top-notch customer support via calls, live chat, email, and social media.
Assist with account setup, sign-in issues, payments, and general navigation.
Resolve technical queries with efficiency and expertise.
Build relationships by delivering excellent customer care, staying positive and proactive.
Contribute by offering suggestions to improve the customer experience.
