Position: German-Speaking Customer Service Agent Start Date: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024 Location: Porto, Portugal (100% Remote!)
Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Occasional extended shifts until 19:00 Days Off: 2 rotative days per week Compensation & Perks Salary: 1,100 EUR per month (14 payments annually) Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales incentives Work Mode: Fully Remote work from anywhere in Portugal!

Experience: Previous experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service is a plus.
Background in Sales, Tourism, or Travel Agencies will set you apart.
Skills: Strong digital skills and a keen eye for details.
