Position: German-Speaking Customer Service Agent Start Date: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote)Work Schedule:Rotative Shifts:Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00Availability for occasional shifts: 08:00 - 19:00Days Off: 2 rotative days Compensation & Benefits Salary: 1,100 EUR (x14 payments per year)Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales incentivesWork Mode: Fully Remote Accepted Documents EU IDResidence CardManifestação de InteresseVisas (under consultation) Ideal Candidate Profile Experience:Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is advantageous.Background in Sales, Tourism, or Travel Agencies is a plus.Skills:Strong digital skills and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving mindset and communication skills (verbal & written).Proficiency in multi-tasking for dynamic, customer-oriented environments.
