Position: German-Speaking Customer Service Agent Start Date: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024 Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote) Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Availability for occasional shifts: 08:00 - 19:00 Days Off: 2 rotative days Compensation & Benefits Salary: 1,100 EUR (x14 payments per year) Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales incentives Work Mode: Fully Remote Accepted Documents EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visas (under consultation) Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is advantageous.
Background in Sales, Tourism, or Travel Agencies is a plus.
Skills: Strong digital skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving mindset and communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in multi-tasking for dynamic, customer-oriented environments.
