About the role
In this role, you'll be the go-to support, helping customers with everything from fixing account issues to resolving problems with playing videos or uploading content. You'll be a troubleshooting expert, identifying the root cause of each problem and guiding customers to the perfect solution. Whether it's soft troubleshooting for account settings or helping with useful tips, you'll stay on top of the latest policies, safety guidelines, and rules. As you work through customer inquiries, you'll also document your actions and categorize any cases or bugs to keep things running smoothly. Your tasks will include:

Answering customer queries like a pro via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Documenting all customer inquiries.

What is required?

Native fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact centre.
Some knowledge of systems like C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
Flexibility, as your working hours depend on the project: Mon-FR fixed schedule or rotative Mon-Sun between 7AM and 11PM.
You must be 18 years or older.
You have EU citizenship or the right to live and work in Portugal.



What do you get?

Competitive monthly base salary of €1,396.66 € (or €16,760 annually).
Yearly target bonus of 5% of your gross base salary!
Monthly transportation allowance of €60.
Relocation support of up to €2,000 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle.
Daily meal allowance of €7.63 per work day on a meal card.
Private health insurance from day 1, covering your family too!
2 month training agreement + 1 year contract with a 30 day probationary period.
Assistance in finding long-term accommodation.

Checking your language skills: Your language skills will be tested to ensure that they are sufficient for the job.
Second telephone interview: In a second telephone interview, the company ensures that you are a perfect fit for the job.
Your job offer: As soon as you have successfully completed your interview, you will receive your job offer and can start packing your bags!
