For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is looking for the following person in the Infrastructure Services division for the Competence Center (KC) Network, Unified Communications team at the Düsseldorf site at the earliest possible date
System Administrator Unified Communication (f/m/d) KC Netz manages the network (WAN and LAN) and unified communication for all NOW IT GmbH locations. This also includes the telephone systems of our five shareholders.
In addition to the telecommunications systems and their end devices (approx. 23,000 configured ports), systems for real-time communication (video, IM, presence), video conferencing systems and unified messaging (voicemail, fax and SMS) are also managed. In addition to basic communication, other applications (e.g. call center, accounting management, user management, CTI) are also supported.
The aim is to provide the services offered by NOW IT in the field of unified communication in high quality while adhering to the agreed SLAs and to further develop them conceptually.
The task is therefore associated with business trips within the Federal Republic of Germany.
Your range of tasks: The area of responsibility includes in particular the analysis, planning, conception and further development, as well as the implementation, administration and maintenance of the subject areas:
UC systems (VoIP, video) Video conferencing infrastructure Attendant consoles Call center solutions (ACD) Unified messaging: voicemail, FAX and SMS Your qualification: You have a bachelor's or university degree in computer science, a comparable degree or have relevant professional experience.
In addition, sound knowledge and good knowledge of the following topics is desirable:
Sound knowledge in the field of communication technologies Knowledge in the administration of video conferencing systems and services Knowledge of administration tools (e.g. Web UI, VM Ware, CLI, SFTP) Basic knowledge of network protocols and the WAN infrastructure is desirable Knowledge of data security Experience in dealing with customers and managing projects is also desirable.
