What you can expect from us:
Administration: You will be independently responsible for the comprehensive administration of communication systems such as OpenScape 4000, OpenScape Voice, OpenScape Xpert and HiPath and carry out compatibility, hardware and software tests. You will also be responsible for testing and implementing system modifications and enhancements as well as software updates and checking data exchange with external systems. Plan & develop further: You ensure that the telecommunications systems are available and continuously optimize them. You will also develop and implement maintenance concepts and evaluate technical parameters. Monitoring: You monitor compliance with BSI IT baseline protection and data protection and remove faults on a sustained basis. You are also responsible for monitoring the capacities and utilization of the systems as well as creating and maintaining emergency concepts. Provide support: With your expertise, you will support the technical implementation of expansion or conversion measures. You will also be involved in the technological development and planning of concepts for the efficient use of the infrastructure. What you bring with you:
Qualifications: You have a degree with a focus on information / communication technology / IT system administration, have completed further training as a master craftsman or technician and have several years of professional and project experience. Experience & know-how: You have sound knowledge in the administration and maintenance of IT systems in telecommunications and process technology and good IT user skills in MS Office, MS Windows Server, Unix, network technology and VoIP, among others. Flexibility & Mobility: You are already in possession of a class B driving license. Occasional assignments outside of normal working hours are a welcome change for you. Further training: You are happy to expand your technical knowledge by participating in internal and external training measures. Personality & Working style: You are characterized by an independent and safety-conscious way of working. An analytical way of thinking, communication and assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you. Your advantages:
