What you can expect With around 600 employees, the Infrastructure, Basic Services and Support (IBS) business unit is responsible for the city's IT workplace including support for users, the city-wide network infrastructure including its own data center and the associated on-premises services as well as the connection of external cloud providers and a cybersecurity center. As the direct contact person for the Infrastructure, Basic Services and Support business unit management, your task is to increase efficiency and performance through strategy development and implementation. You will help to define business goals and requirements and identify opportunities and challenges in order to strengthen the conceptual direction and medium and long-term visions for the future.
