Your tasks: Conception, further development and content development of our software tools Design, implementation and execution of automated developer tests and structural improvements to the code Our technologies include: Java EE, Jakarta EE, REST, SOAP, JSF, HL7 FHIR, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, Selenium, CSS, Vue.js (frontend), GitLab, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker (infrastructure), IntelliJ, Slack, Eclipse, JMeter (tools) and EclipseLink, Hibernate, MySQL (persistence) Development of SOA applications in back- and frontend for Java EE and Jakarta EE Independent requirements elicitation, development of data flow and interface designs in interdisciplinary exchange with national project partners Assessment of the technologies used and implemented features/workflows with reference to the EU General Data Protection Regulation Independent data analysis, creation of scientific publications Opportunity to participate in teaching Scientific publication of work results Our requirements: You have a degree (Master's or university diploma) in computer science, medical information or a comparable degree. You enjoy programming with Java. You have a solution-oriented, independent and self-reliant way of working. A high standard of code quality, performance, maintainability and expandability is important to you. Your appearance and communication (German and English) with external project partners is professional. You have experience in process and server architectures (SOAP, REST, microservices) as well as in the application of current technologies: RESTful APIs, test frameworks (jUnit, jMeter), MySQL DBs, HL7 FHIR, Keycloak. You are familiar with the processes and requirements for designing and conducting studies You have fun and creativity when working on scientific questions that lead to a doctorate.
