To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a Release Manager (m/f/d) Process Management Join our team in the Social Security business area full-time in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!
This will be your job... You will be responsible for the entire delivery process for our OPEN/PROSOZ product and ensure that everything runs smoothly You coordinate all components of the release process: from the creation of release plans and prioritization of tasks to the consideration of capacities, budgets and the assurance of results - the documentation and preparation and follow-up of meetings are also part of your tasks You communicate the content and deadlines of releases to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and target group-oriented manner You identify risks and dependencies at an early stage and manage them confidently, as well as initiating and monitoring progressive improvements in the release processes You work closely with our quality management team and support product management in all aspects of software delivery You will measure and track the progress of software development to ensure high quality releases are delivered on time You help with the implementation of projects such as optimizing the software used or replacing platforms This is what we want... You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience You have methodical knowledge of project management and have already gained some practical experience in this area You have an agile mindset and sound knowledge of (agile) software development processes and methods You are characterized by a strong understanding of processes, strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of things You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a high level of initiative You work precisely and conscientiously and are solution- and results-oriented You might think like this...
