Head (m/f/d) Competence Team Device Management Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks As a member of the NC ITS management team, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your future 18-person team You will lead a team that takes care of clients and mobile devices of all kinds You and your team ensure the technical development of our customers' client infrastructures You bring our "Workplace as a Service" product to perfection You support our sales department in pre-sales talks with potential customers You are responsible for software distribution with over 900 software packages You support your employees in their professional and personal development You fill vacant positions by continuing the recruiting process together with our HR department You act as a coach in your team and support your employees in their development You are responsible for building and expanding your team as well as staff scheduling and utilization Your profile You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have already gained professional experience in the IT environment and in a management position with personnel responsibility Experience with the application of service management processes (ITIL) (perhaps even with certificates) is an advantage You feel confident in Microsoft-based environments, whether on-premise or in the Microsoft 365 cosmos Android, iOS / MacOS are no strangers to you - quite the opposite!
