As part of our growth, we are recruiting for the next possible date a
Support Engineer, Computer Scientist, Information Technician or similar as
(Junior) IT Specialist & Project Management (f/m/d)
full-time (40 hours per week). The newly created position will be filled at the Essen location.
As a (Junior) IT Specialist (f/m/d), you will coordinate service requests relating to Microsoft 365 and the network, both personally and with the support of long-term service partners.
Your tasks in our team: You strengthen our backbone in a highly dynamic environment and thus support sustainable entrepreneurship Specifically, you channel all service requests in the Microsoft 365 environment and around the network You decide which support requests you will deal with directly and in person, or for which topics you will seek support from a long-term service partner You provide impetus for the continuous improvement of IT security, both in technical and organizational terms By selecting suitable tools, you are a driver of the further digitalization of our corporate family Design sustainable IT projects with the team Track the availability and stability of services and implement strategies for continuous improvement In the further development of our IT landscape and the rollout of a harmonized system architecture across all companies, you are the first point of contact (f/m/d) when it comes to technology.
