Task Our "#youlearnPublic" program is a six-month, intensive training program in the areas of (IT) consulting and project management with a focus on the public sector. It is specifically aimed at future IT architects, consultants and project managers who want to specialize in the digitalization of public administration.
The program includes:
Theoretical training courses incl. certifications Professional exchange with experienced public experts Practical project experience Regular feedback sessions and support from mentors and peers Participants receive an attractive salary from day one and are hired as a Junior IT or Business Consultant in our team on a permanent basis. After completing the program, you can expect a variety of exciting tasks - depending on your future role - such as:

Profile Successfully completed studies with a focus on IT technology or (business) economics Ideally practical experience in software development projects through internships or working student activities Initial experience with modern software architectures, UML or comparable modeling languages, requirements engineering, quality management as well as classic and agile software development German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills What we offer Part-time possible
