The challenges: Contact person in the user helpdesk Acceptance, analysis and rectification of incoming faults Setting up and installing PC workstations and mobile devices Active Directory administration Support of the media technology Maintenance of system documentation This is what we want to see: Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, alternatively comparable training Experience in the field of IT support Service-oriented way of working, strong communication skills and reliable and independent way of working Sound knowledge of common operating systems and applications Experience with automated software distribution Interest in new technologies and good analytical skills as well as process understanding What we have to offer - a brief insight: Flexible working hours
