What awaits you Together with your team, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our applications and infrastructure based on our Microsoft products.
You help to ensure that both our employees and our customers experience a smooth process and good service You look after our existing system landscape, which consists of MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune You develop concepts and designs for our infrastructure and expand our M365 portfolio with new apps and services You advise and support application operations and projects with questions about Microsoft solutions and their scaling You coordinate the introduction of new cloud services and integration into our existing operating processes You will assist our support/helpdesk with troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support) You act as administrator:in our M365 infrastructure and take over the creation and maintenance of technical documentation What you bring with you You have completed an IT apprenticeship, a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist in system integration or system electronics technician) You have several years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure sector (e.g. as a system administrator, IT consultant) with a focus on Microsoft technologies You have experience in system/application management and have dealt with cloud infrastructures and approaches You are not afraid of creating technical documentation and can pass on your knowledge in an understandable way (e.g. system documentation, FAQs, requirement descriptions, training courses) Service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you We offer you A value-oriented company with meaningful products and sustainable services where everyone is welcome A strong mission statement that we stand behind and that shapes our work and the way we interact with each other A learning organization that offers room for personal and professional development Flexibility in terms of working hours and location: the combination of mobile working and on-site collaboration - and therefore the opportunity to achieve an even better work-life balance The opportunity to work from selected countries outside the EU for up to 20 days a year Our JobRad Campus with innovative workstations, JobRad library, company restaurant and underground bicycle parking with changing rooms and showers An attractive, individually usable mobility budget of €135 per month (e.g. for your own JobRad, public transport tickets, etc.) Various sports and health offers from an internal course program and sports events to health checks and a Hansefit membership Company pension scheme, a daycare allowance and great internal events In addition to your remuneration, a financial profit-sharing bonus - because everyone makes an important contribution to the future of JobRad If you are interested in this job profile, we look forward to receiving your application.
