Your tasks Professional and disciplinary management of two employees and one trainee Further development of processes within the IT department as well as planning and collaboration on IT projects Contact person for IT topics for management and our parent company Administration of the virtual infrastructure Support of the network environment (hardware and software) Structuring and expanding the IT systems Supporting colleagues and eliminating faults Your profile: Completed studies in computer science or a comparable course of study - alternatively completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training Several years of professional experience in IT Experience in the management and implementation of IT projects is required Experience with Windows client and server systems, Active Directory, VMware / vSphere Knowledge of Azure and Office 365 Experience in the basic administration of ERP systems and their subsystems - ideally SAP S4/Hana Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Azure, Exchange Online) Experience with monitoring systems - ideally PRTG If applicable, trainer certificate for IT professions Good written and spoken English skills Methodical and structured way of working Ability to work in a team and independently Ability to communicate, cooperate and deal with conflict We offer Motivation
