We are looking for the next possible date at our headquarters in Hanover for a
IT Demand Manager / IT Requirements Manager (m/f/d) What you can look forward to: You retain an overview of all IT requirements You are responsible for the effective organization of all our IT requirements processes You will be responsible for coordinating the IT agreements made with the relevant specialist departments You derive possible service optimizations based on the IT requirements in order to continuously improve service quality and user experience You recognize whether a demand can be assigned to an existing project or needs to be newly recorded You ensure the quality of all submitted demands or provide support if necessary You will work in close coordination with the PMO/IT PMO and act as the central point of contact for relevant stakeholders (m/f/d) with regard to all IT requirements What you bring with you: Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable specialist qualification Extensive experience in IT demand management and ITIL service management Independent and autonomous work Initiative and a sense of responsibility Communication and team skills Commitment What we offer you: Flexitime and home office Job ticket and company bike Canteen with freshly prepared food Fitness room with courses on offer Family-friendly working environment If you are interested in actively shaping the future of Mecklenburgische Versicherung in a secure, interesting and responsible working environment, then we look forward to receiving your application!
