The in-house operation it@M The IT department is responsible for and designs the entire IT of the City of Munich. We ensure that IT provision meets the city's current and future needs. What you can expect The Cybersecurity Center protects the IT infrastructure of the City of Munich against current and future threats. We are looking for committed IT security experts who can actively support the digital security of the state capital with their expertise.
As an IT architect for IT security, you will work at the interface between architecture and operational security. You will be responsible for designing the IT security architecture, taking into account the city's overall technological and strategic framework. You will also develop and manage a zero trust strategy for the IT systems and networks of the City of Munich, be responsible for the IT architecture in terms of security and be the contact person for questions relating to technical and operational IT security. You will also analyze and evaluate security risks to develop risk minimization measures and advise and support specialist departments in the secure design of IT projects. Your tasks will also include the ongoing evaluation of technological developments and the further development of the city's IT security architecture.
