The Evangelical High Church Council manages the administration of the regional church. It advises parishes, church districts and church institutions on theological and legal issues. The supervision of the administration of the church districts and parishes as well as of the regional church organizations and institutions lies with the Oberkirchenrat, as does the supervision of the employees of the regional church.
For Department 7.4 "Information Technology Regional Church and Upper Church Council", we are looking for you as a computer scientist (m/f/d) in Business Continuity Management with a scope of employment of 100% at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks: Maintaining business operations even in the event of serious disruptions to information processing Developing and updating business continuity management at the Evangelical Church Council and supporting the specialist departments with the introduction of new procedures Identifying and assessing the potential consequences of IT system disruptions on business operations Creation of business continuity and recovery plans and regular testing of these with the help of emergency tests Advising the specialist departments on setting up and maintaining an organization-wide emergency management system Collaboration with the information security management team and the information security officer as well as the administrators of the IT department Collaboration with the IT administrators in the implementation of measures and restart exercises Your profile: Degree in computer science, business informatics or administrative sciences with a focus on computer science or a similar subject or a comparable qualification Knowledge of ITIL Foundation Experience in information security and emergency management Good communication skills Experience in recording and analyzing processes Current knowledge/experience in the administration of Windows servers and networks we generally expect membership of a member church of the Evangelical Church in Germany Our offer: Employment and remuneration are based on the church employment regulations (corresponding to TVöD), the position is graded in pay group 12 An IT specialist allowance is granted all the advantages of the (social) benefits of the public sector, e.g. company pension scheme, capital-forming benefits and vacation arrangements above the minimum vacation entitlement Special leave in accordance with church law Home office options by individual arrangement and digital working Extensive training and development opportunities as well as personnel development programs Family-friendly offers such as flexitime arrangements and a company daycare center Good public transport connections and the option of a subsidized JobTicket State church apartments subject to availability We offer bike leasing as a contribution to climate protection Health promotion program such as volleyball group, running group and lunch break offers Applications from severely disabled people are welcome.
