Field of activity The GQ 0500 "Information Processing" department at the Würzburg site with around 500 employees coordinates information technology at the German Pension Insurance. It also develops, operates and monitors the IT processes of the Pension Insurance Data Office (DSRV) and other central IT services.
The activities of the "Strategic Planning" staff unit include responsibility for and central coordination of the department's strategic IT management tasks. A particular focus here is on the introduction of organizational agility and lean portfolio management based on the SAFe framework.
