As Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for the management and development of the online store in 3 different countries. Develop our online store into one of the most innovative skincare stores You are responsible for developing new strategies in the areas of conversion and process automation Tasks Conversion optimization of the online shop Monitoring, analysis & communication of online store data Development of automated, continuous monitoring of user behavior Development of new, customer-friendly features Complex data analysis Qualification You already have over 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, 3 of them in a managerial position You have many years of experience with conversion optimization tools and user behavior analysis You have in-depth experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar and Clarity You have in-depth experience with Shopify Plus as well as knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript and HTML/CSS You love automation and have good knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier and Shopify Scripts and Flows You are familiar with processing large amounts of data Benefits We are data-driven!
