Tasks Management, planning, control and implementation of strategic SAP/ERP projects with various technologies Development of concepts for the integration and harmonization of ERP processes in the organization Analysis, optimization and further development of existing SAP/ERP system landscapes Carrying out requirements and feasibility analyses Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing external service providers Advising and supporting specialist departments during the introduction and adaptation of SAP/ERP solutions Profile A university degree in economics / information technology or engineering or a comparable qualification with an IT focus Several years of professional experience in the ERP / HCM environment, ideally with BI applications and/or cloud architectures Experience in planning, managing and implementing ERP implementation projects, preferably with SAP and/or Oracle technology Knowledge of process optimization and organizational development in the context of modern ERP systems Strong communication skills and experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and specialist departments Structured way of working, analytical thinking and initiative to implement complex projects Our benefits Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
