in after sales in the automotive industry Your tasks You provide 1st level support for our international customers with telephone and written questions about the use of our products You will also support our customers with questions regarding the implementation of new IT systems and the operation of the computers and clients provided by us You advise our customers on the selection of our products You document solutions in the internal knowledge database You work together with colleagues (m/f/d) from Sales and support them during sporadic assignments at trade fairs Your profile You have completed a commercial or IT-technical apprenticeship or have professional experience in customer service and can easily understand IT-technical contexts You have good IT skills and experience with Windows operating systems and networks You enjoy daily contact with customers You have very good German and good English skills We are looking for a communicative team player (m/f/d) who inspires us with a customer-oriented working style.
