The in-house operation it@M The IT department is responsible for and designs the entire IT of the City of Munich. We ensure that IT provision meets the city's current and future needs. We drive the digitalization of the city of Munich and play a pioneering role. Our work and services make the city of Munich a digital metropolis that sets standards that its employees are proud of.
As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M.
What you can expect As an employee in divisional controlling, you will support the management of cost centers and cost units in the Infrastructure, Basic Services and Support business unit with over 600 employees and form the interface to the central finance department. You will also be involved in the business area's annual financial planning. You will prepare monthly plan/actual comparisons, variance analyses and forecasts, show the impact on business performance and identify any need for action.
You will also prepare regular reports and ad hoc analyses, work with various planning and control tools and support project controlling in the monthly project evaluation. You will be involved in the implementation, further development and harmonization of controlling processes as an interface between the business unit and the central finance department.
