open-ended WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL: Industry diversity Flexible working International team Appreciation in the family business Joint sports/leisure activities THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU: Supporting the various HYDAC product areas in meeting compliance and conformity requirements in the area of cyber security Creation and further development of DevSecOps processes and support with threat analysis/TARA Implementation and continuous development of the information security management system (ISMS) worldwide Development of processes and regulations for information security, including coordination with relevant stakeholders and monitoring compliance Conception of training measures as well as the implementation and further development of awareness campaigns Reporting and reporting to the CISO or IT management HOW THEY INSPIRE US: Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, IT security, IT management, IT law, business informatics or similar Alternatively, at least 3 years of training and at least 2 years of additional specialist training as well as many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field Practical experience in the field of business processes, IT process modeling and rule coordination is an advantage Great interest in IT/OT security, IT Security Act 2.0, NIS 2, CRA Certification in the area of ISMS desirable Fluency in German and business fluent in English Target group-oriented communication and a high degree of assertiveness Independent, analytical and conceptual way of working with a holistic process and interface orientation HYDAC - Founded in 1963 as a two-man company, we are now one of the largest medium-sized family businesses in Germany with over 50 branches and 10,000 employees worldwide.
