For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT Gmb H, we are looking for a customer service specialist in the Customer Service division in the Customer and Service Management Competence Center at the Düsseldorf location from the earliest possible date.

As a customer manager, you will represent NOW IT Gmb H to our customers and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction - without sales activities.
Your area of responsibility includes in particular Managing the communication of NOW IT Gmb H from and to the customer, to fully support and advise the customer from the request to the solution to match customer requirements with the service portfolio and resource options of NOW IT Gmb H, taking into account the special requirements of the public sector, to participate in the maintenance of our customer relationships at all levels of the hierarchy to pursue your client's orders, measures, projects and plans in a results-oriented manner and manage or participate in projects at NOW IT Gmb H. What you bring with you: You have a bachelor's or university degree in computer science or have comparable training with professional experience.
Basic business management knowledge rounds off your profile.
Do you have basic knowledge of ITIL, IT contract law, an understanding of processes and have already gained some experience in project management?
