Field of activity The Pension Payment Procedures and Pension Adjustment department is the interface that controls and coordinates the correct, regular payment and adjustment of pensions from a technical and IT perspective. This area also develops and coordinates procedures and projects for exchanges with authorities and courts.
Your tasks Organizing, coordinating and further developing the pension payment process in legal and IT matters (recovery of overpaid cash benefits, mortality data reconciliation and digital document exchange) Participation in the pension adjustment process Responsibility for and further development of quality assurance Representing the division and the DRV Bund in national and international, internal and external working groups and specialist groups Analyzing the consequences of planned and actual legislative or other legal changes Preparing reports, statements and decision papers Participating in workshops, information and training events and giving specialist presentations Your profile A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the field of social insurance, public administration or a comparable course of study or an equivalent qualification (e.g. Fachwirt*in) or completed vocational training in the administrative or IT field with relevant professional experience in the field of activity Several years of task-relevant professional experience Up-to-date knowledge of social security law and related areas of law Experience in coordinating and controlling work processes is desirable A confident, communicative manner, an independent way of working and a willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile.
