As a Consultant for Artificial Intelligence, you will drive the development of AI expertise at MLP. You identify and analyse potential for the use of AI technologies and have the necessary knowledge and experience to prioritize possible areas of application and evaluate their implementation options and synergies. You design strategic solutions in collaboration with the specialist departments and support their implementation. You will also coach our teams and ensure the continuous development of AI skills within the organization.

What you do with us:
You advise and support interdisciplinary teams in identifying AI potentials and checking for synergies You analyze and evaluate new AI technologies and their possible applications You design strategic AI solutions and manage their implementation to optimize our business processes and customer experiences You will conduct training courses and workshops to strengthen AI skills within the organization You contribute to the continuous development of the AI strategy and help shape the transformation to AI-based solutions What convinces us:
A successfully completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics or a comparable qualification You have sound knowledge in the application of machine learning, neural networks and other AI technologies You have several years of professional experience in the design and implementation support of AI solutions You have strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working You have strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and their possible applications Fluency in German Our benefits
