Tasks As an ITSM Process Manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the group-wide ITSM processes (Service Request and Identity Access Management). You create concepts for new or optimized process alignment to ensure optimal technical support for the processes. You will also be responsible for project management. This includes managing projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications. You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and key figures for management. You will also be responsible for advising key performers in IT and non-IT across the Group and other tasks. Requirements You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification. In addition, you have already gained experience in project management and obtained a corresponding certification. You have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes as well as in IT operations and IT operational quality. You convince with your conceptual thinking and your high level of comprehension. You are also able to solve problems effectively using your strong communication skills. You are reliable and demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation. As a Process Manager with a focus on Service Request and Identity Access Management, you will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing IT service management processes. You will identify process optimizations in cooperation with the specialist departments and provide assistance with solutions for automation and digitalization. You are responsible for driving forward IT service processes and ensuring that IT is optimally positioned for current and future business goals. You will also communicate the standards and principles of a future-oriented process architecture and advise management.
