Computer scientist / IT specialist as team leader application development (m/f/d) Your tasks Team leadership: You manage and motivate a team of several people to successfully implement projects. Coordination: You act as the central interface between the development team and project management for effective task coordination. Development: You coordinate the development and operation of applications to ensure their quality and performance. Optimization: You continuously develop and optimize the internal software development processes and the toolchain. Standardization: You implement continuous improvements to standards, systems and processes in your area of responsibility.
