Your tasks and responsibilities Supporting and advising customers on technical and, in particular, procedural issues, taking into account the legal basis in the area of taxes and duties for the Infoma process we use You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support You rectify faults in the specialist process Development and implementation of proposals / measures to avoid malfunctions and optimize ongoing operations The provision of workarounds for specialist processes caused by the disruption is part of your responsibilities Collaboration with 3rd level support You implement the goals and requirements on time and on your own responsibility with a high level of customer and team orientation The level of pay is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.
