The in-house operation it@M The IT department is responsible for and designs the entire IT of the City of Munich. We ensure that IT provision meets the city's current and future needs. As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M.
What you can expect Are you passionate about agility? Then you've come to the right place! You will find yourself in an exciting working environment that helps shape and drive forward project management and IT projects in public administration. You have experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach and use agile methods to lead an IT project to success. You are familiar with the need for transparency in IT projects from a management perspective and help to fulfill this need. You are committed to a culture of collaboration and customer focus and create an environment for good results and continuous improvement. You coach IT projects over a longer period of time or support them selectively. You are also not afraid to take over the management of an IT project on an interim basis or provide support as a Scrum Master. You will also be actively involved in the further development and dissemination of agile methods and structures. In addition to a self-organized way of working, you are characterized by a great team spirit with a strong sense of leadership and responsibility.
