We are looking for an Amazing: Jira Admin/Configurator
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Remote from Portugal. Candidates must be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or a related field; 3+ years of experience working with Jira and Confluence; Familiarity with data migration tools and strategies in Jira and Confluence; Expertise with available plugins; Proficiency in Jira administration and configuration, including workflows, schemes, permissions, and custom fields; Provide advice to the client in order to choose the best plugin and configuration to achieve the client's objectives; Experience in programming against the Atlassian APIs to achieve the high level of customization desired by the client; Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues to second-level support or relevant teams as necessary; Document and track issues, resolutions, and provide feedback to improve support processes; Experience in Jira/Confluence migrations; Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in collaborative development environments; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Fluency in English is mandatory; Candidates must be already living in Portugal.
