Professional Skills for the Role5+ years of experience in Java development.Very good knowledge of the Spring framework and RESTful services.Knowledge of database development advantageous (JDBC/Hibernate/JPA).Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Oversee and engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines in backend development activities.You are goal-oriented, work well independently, use your strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with the team, and communicate well in an international and intercultural setting.Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
