As a Java Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems that power financial services applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and comply with industry regulations.

We value knowledge of:
Degree in IT area or similar;
At least 3 years of professional experience in Java Development;
Solid knowledge on Java, J2EE Technologies and Web Applications;
Experience with Java Frameworks;
Knowledge in MQ, CFT technologies;
Familiarity with CI/CD processes;
Good understanding about software architecture patterns;
Experience with Agile context and frameworks;
Good communication skills, able to talk with clients and different stakeholders;
