Job Title: Java Developer with React Expertise

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience and at least 2 years of experience with React . This role will focus on building and enhancing Intelligent Customer Service solutions , integrating AI for self-service channels . You'll work in a dynamic environment, helping to develop innovative solutions that drive automation and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate front-end React components with backend Java services

Develop and implement AI-driven features for enhanced customer self-service

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment

Perform code reviews and testing to ensure software quality

Maintain a hybrid working schedule, with 1x per week on-site in Lisbon

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Java development

Freelance – 12 months contract + extension – Up to 200EUR per day – Up to 3200EUR NET per month

2+ years of experience working with React

Strong understanding of Spring Boot and related Java frameworks

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Knowledge of Intelligent Customer Service solutions and AI integrations

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
