Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, acting as the go-to expert for guidelinesReview and rate various content types, providing written justifications for your evaluationsCollaborate in calibration sessions, contributing to team alignment and improvementConduct peer audits and assist in training new team membersHandle multiple assignments independently, meeting all KPIs to ensure smooth business operationsWork closely with the team to share best practices and insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residency)Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a logical approachExcellent communication skills, able to present your reasoning clearly and conciselyComfortable with G Suite tools, especially Google SheetsWilling to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
