Salary & Benefits Base Salary: 1,300 EUR/month x 14 months Performance Bonus: 380 EUR/month Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (net) totaling 1,908.72 EUR annually Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months) Schedule Work Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (rotating shifts) Days Off: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Key Responsibilities Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries related to orders, subscriptions, and billing.
Ensure a superior service experience by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Resolve customer inquiries promptly, following up until each issue is fully resolved within established timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently fulfill customer requests and expedite solutions.
Qualifications Native Italian Speaker: Formal speech and exceptional writing skills are a must.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (required).
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Technical Aptitude: Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.
