Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1,300 EUR/month x 14 months
Performance Bonus: 380 EUR/month
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (net) totaling 1,908.72EUR annually
Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Schedule
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
Days Off: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers across phone, email, and chat, addressing queries about orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Deliver a high-quality service experience, consistently meeting customer expectations.
Follow through on inquiries to full resolution within agreed timelines.
Liaise with various internal departments to expedite customer requests efficiently.
Qualifications
Native Italian Speaker: Formal speech and exceptional writing skills are a must.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (required).
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Technical Aptitude: Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.
