Your Responsibilities: Motivate and Lead the Team: Set clear goals, provide feedback, and recognize achievements. Develop Individuals: Provide coaching and monitor quality, productivity, and attendance. Ensure Service Levels: Meet SLAs and KPIs by optimizing resources and processes. Achieve KPIs: Track performance data and align with organizational goals. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify improvements and implement action plans. Requirements: Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian. Availability to work in rotating shifts. Interest, passion, and solid experience managing teams (minimum 2 years). Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry (desirable); experience in contact center and digital marketing (is a plus). High School Diploma. EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
