Role Overview:
Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Porto

Languages: Italian (Native) + English (B2)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services, ensuring prompt resolution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes to maximize merchant satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.
Proficiency in using technology (smartphones, tablets, computers) with ease.
Fluent in Italian (native level) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and persistent attitude.
Organized, capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

Training and Benefits:
Training: 30-day program, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (subject to conditions).
Salary19 084 EUR gross annually, including:

Base Salary: 950 EUR/month x 14 (gross)
Language Adder: 150 EUR /month x 12 (gross)
Skill Adder: 100 EUR /month x 12 (gross)
Attendance Bonus: 100 EUR /month x 12 (gross)

Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)
Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR /month x 12 (gross)
Health Insurance: Provided after contract signing.

Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (with possible extension to 21:00).
Days Off: Rotating basis, ensuring work-life balance.
Workload: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
