Role Overview:
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location:Porto
Languages: Italian (Native) + English (B2)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services, ensuring prompt resolution.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes to maximize merchant satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.Proficiency in using technology (smartphones, tablets, computers) with ease.Fluent in Italian (native level) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level).Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and persistent attitude.Organized, capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
Training and Benefits:
Training: 30-day program, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (subject to conditions).Salary19 084 EUR gross annually, including:Base Salary: 950 EUR/month x 14 (gross)Language Adder: 150 EUR /month x 12 (gross)Skill Adder: 100 EUR /month x 12 (gross)Attendance Bonus: 100 EUR /month x 12 (gross)Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR /month x 12 (gross)Health Insurance: Provided after contract signing.
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (with possible extension to 21:00).Days Off: Rotating basis, ensuring work-life balance.Workload: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
