Role Overview: As an Italian-Speaking Platform Safety Representative, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform.
Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing user-generated content and assessing its compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Identifying and addressing any violations or potential risks, such as hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate content.
Responding to user inquiries and concerns related to safety and moderation issues, providing timely and helpful assistance.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving platform safety and enhancing user experience.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in online safety and moderation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications: Fluent in Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information effectively.
Prior experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital platforms and online community dynamics is a plus.
