Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist (Search Engine)Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Italian-speaking Customer Service Team for the world's largest search engine.
As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.
