Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist (Search Engine)Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Italian-speaking Customer Service Team for the world's largest search engine.As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.Your RoleRespond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.Review and provide feedback on help content.Your QualificationsC1 level of ItalianBased in Lisbon or willing to relocatePrevious customer service or BPO experience is an advantageFast decision-maker with a positive outlookAvailable to work flexible hours and daysThe OfferCompetitive base salary and benefitsFantastic relocation package to one of Europe's most prestigious citiesSchedules Monday to Friday between 08h-20h and weekends only 08h-17h, always 40h per week with 2 days offPrivate health insuranceEnrich your CV by working for a major worldwide brandMulticultural teamModern office in an excellent location in LisbonAccommodation providedClose to the beachFlight costs reimbursedProgressive company cultureSunny weatherApply & ShineShow us what makes you stand out!
