Italian Speaking Content Moderators - Office based

Our client is recruiting Italian speakers.

Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment).

Job Duties

Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.

Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role).

Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.

Essential Criteria

Native level Italian and English.

At least some customer service experience.

Good general IT skills.
