As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals fluent in Italian to join our team and help us achieve our goals of excellence.Position Overview:As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service and support to our customers. You will address customer inquiries, provide detailed information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your keen attention to detail and language skills will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients.Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. Promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.Product Assistance: Guide customers in understanding and using our e-commerce platform. Offer accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services.Administrative Tasks: Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce advancements, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.Requirements:Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use customer support tools and software.Team Player: Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
