.Become a valued member of our innovative team as a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, working remotely from anywhere in Portugal. We are a premier provider of customer support services for the technology sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients worldwide. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals fluent in French to join us and contribute to our mission of excellence. Position Overview: As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support. You will help customers with their technology-related questions, provide detailed information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your attention to detail and language skills will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Customer Support: Offer excellent customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat. Quickly and professionally address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Product Assistance: Assist customers in understanding and using our technology products and services. Provide precise information about product features, updates, and technical specifications. Problem Resolution: Diagnose and solve issues related to technology products, including software and hardware. Work with internal technical teams to ensure smooth problem resolution. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services. Administrative Tasks: Accurately record and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and present regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes. Collaboration: Cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support. Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level). Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use customer support tools and software. Team Player: Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
